Working up to senior level at a major UK contractor Richard has taken this hard won experience into Holmework (Yorks) Ltd. From renewable energy infrastructure and civil engineering to commercial, residential, and industrial developments, Richard’s experience spans a diverse and complex range of projects.Specialising in managing and coordinating large-scale developments, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple contractors and stakeholders, expertise includes feasibility & cost planning, groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, deep drainage solutions, steel frames, and large-scale infrastructure projects. With 10+ years’ experience in management roles within in the UK construction industry, Jack has worked across a wide range of projects, from renewable energy and civil engineering to commercial, residential, and internal fit out projects. Jack’s experience as a Site/Project Manager has included managing groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, deep drainage, and steel frame installations plus more recently internal fit-outs works, always ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, focusing on creating a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated working environment, ensuring that all trades operate to their highest potential. This diverse experience has strengthened Jack’s expertise across multiple construction disciplines, which has allowed complex challenges to be tackled with confidence.
